1. Informational use only
SuperFontan provides health tracking and general, benchmark-based information for people with Fontan circulation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The “Normal Fontan” and “Super Fontan” benchmarks are general defaults and may not fit your situation.
2. Always consult your care team
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something in this app. Confirm any training, medication or lifestyle change with your congenital-cardiology team. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Accuracy
Health data is provided by Apple Health / Health Connect and by information you enter. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. AI-generated summaries may contain errors.
4. Subscriptions
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your App Store / Google Play account. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperFontan and its developer are not liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the app.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
